Terms of service

These terms govern your use of zawqi. By using the service or buying lifetime access, you agree to them. Contact hello@zawqi.app.

The service

zawqi captures publicly available websites into Site records and makes those records and derived search available through an API and agent skill. Captured fields may be missing, stale, or inaccurate; the current value is represented directly on the Site.

Your account and token

You are responsible for access to your email account, activity under your account, and keeping personal agent tokens secret. One purchase is for one person unless we agree otherwise.

Payment and billing

Lifetime personal access is a one-time charge, with no automatic renewal. Current pricing is shown at checkout and on our pricing page. Polar is our Merchant of Record and handles payment, receipts, and refunds under Polar's terms. Email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

Permitted use

You may use Site data and agent-created outputs for your own commercial or personal research and projects. You may not redistribute or resell the underlying dataset, share access tokens, build a competing bulk mirror, overload the service, or bypass access controls.

Featured websites

Site records derive from public webpages. Names, logos, Open Graph images, screenshots, and webpage content remain the property of their respective owners. zawqi is not affiliated with or endorsed by the websites it captures.

Takedown

If you own or represent a captured website and want its record removed, email hello@zawqi.app and we will review the request promptly.

Changes and availability

We may add or remove sites, fields, search capabilities, or integrations. Compatible additions are included in lifetime personal access; team access and unusually heavy commercial API usage may be offered separately. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Disclaimer

zawqi is provided “as is.” We do not warrant complete captures, uninterrupted availability, or any particular result. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
